The Jackson Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has received a proposal for a lot located at 544 North Cumberland Street. If any interested party wishes to submit a proposal for the aforementioned lots, the CRA will begin accepting proposals on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Proposals must include architectural elevations of all four sides of the proposed construction. If a site plan is available, it should be included with the submittal. Proposals will be considered in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Community Redevelopment Act of 1998 and the CRA’s Redevelopment Plan.

The CRA reserves the right to cancel this RFP, or to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received in response to this RFP, upon its determination that such cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the CRA.

The CRA further reserves the right to waive technicalities in proposals received, if it is in the public interest to do so.
